Electric vehicles (e-scooters, e-bikes, mopeds, tuk-tuks) and customized products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Customers must contact us through Email or WhatsApp with order details and the reason for return.

Returned items must include the original invoice, packaging, and all accessories/manuals.

Inspection: Products will be inspected upon return. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after quality verification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered, GHAZI Bicycle will cover the return shipping.
