 Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
 Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and delivery location.
Large electric cargo bikes (e.g., electric tuk-tuks, golf cart) require special delivery arrangements and may include additional shipping costs.
 Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product type.
 Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery details (address, contact number, access instructions).
Failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional charges.
Payment Policy
 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods for customer convenience:

Tamara Payments (Installments & Pay Later Options)
Ziina Pay (Digital Wallet Payments)

 Payment Terms
Advance & Balance – A 50% advance payment is required to confirm an order/booking. The remaining balance is payable before or upon delivery.
Currency – All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise agreed.
Confirmation – Customers must share proof of payment (receipt, transfer slip, or cheque copy) to validate the booking.
Installments – Customers using Tabby or Tamara are subject to approval and the terms of those providers.
Security – All card and digital payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways for customer protection.
 Important Notes
Products will only be delivered or handed over after payment confirmation.
Current dated cheques are accepted; however, orders are considered confirmed only after successful clearance.
Late or failed payments may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.
