At GHAZI Bicycle & Spare Parts Trading LLC, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policies carefully.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened, or defective products.

  • Exceptions:

    • Electric vehicles (e-scooters, e-bikes, mopeds, tuk-tuks) and customized products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

  • Process:

    1. Customers must contact us through Email or WhatsApp with order details and the reason for return.

    2. Returned items must include the original invoice, packaging, and all accessories/manuals.

  • Inspection: Products will be inspected upon return. Refunds or replacements will only be processed after quality verification.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered, GHAZI Bicycle will cover the return shipping.

Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after return approval or order cancellation.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Cash, Bank Transfer, Tamara Payments, Credit/Debit Card, or Cheque).

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Products confirmed as defective.

    • Orders where the wrong item was delivered.

    • Orders canceled before dispatch/shipping.

  • Non-Refundable Cases:

    • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.

    • Products returned without original packaging or missing parts.

    • Customized or special-order items (unless defective).
