4. Delivery & Delays

• GHAZI Bicycle is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather disruptions, customs clearance, or courier delays.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Customized items, electric vehicles, and special orders are non-returnable, unless defective.

6. Liability

• GHAZI Bicycle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

• Customers are responsible for the safe and lawful use of all products purchased.

• Warranty coverage, if applicable, is provided as per the manufacturer’s terms.
